On the night of March 25, Russians attacked Ukraine with Iskander-M and drones from 4 directions. Ukrainian air defense system shot down 78 Russian drones.

Russia struck Ukraine with:

  • Iskander-M ballistic missile from Crimea;
  • 139 Shahed drones and imitator drones from the directions of the Russian cities of Millerovo, Kursk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk, as well as the temporarily occupied Chauda.

Russian attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force, and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of 9 a.m., 78 Russian drones were confirmed downed in the south, north, and center of Ukraine. In addition, 35 imitator drones were lost locally without negative consequences.

Russia struck Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Odesa regions.

Russian strikes on Ukraine

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has been regularly striking Ukraine's critical and civilian infrastructure. Russians also launch drones every night, which creates an additional threat to civilians. For example, on the night of March 24, Russia attacked Ukraine with 99 drones. At the same time, Ukrainian air defense shot down 57 of them.
