Russia strikes Ukraine's Odesa, leaving casualties

This morning, Russia launched a missile strike on Odesa: there are fatalities and injuries, and residential buildings have been damaged, according to Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
Consequences of Russian attack
According to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Russia attacked the city again. Unfortunately, there are fatalities and casualties, as well as damage to residential buildings.
Later, Lysak clarified that 3 people had been killed as a result of the Russian attack. He expressed his condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased.
3 more people were injured. They were hospitalized, and doctors assessed their condition as moderate.
Missile threat warning
Early this morning, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of high-speed targets in the Black Sea heading toward Odesa.
A few minutes later, the Ukrainian military confirmed that missiles were flying toward the city.
On the evening of July 14, the Russians had already launched an attack on Odesa—at that time, strikes on city infrastructure were recorded, and the premises of one of the enterprises sustained damage.
There were no casualties at that time.
