Bombing of Sumy on April 13

On April 13, the Russian forces targeted Sumy with ballistic missiles on Palm Sunday. The enemy launched two ballistic missiles at the city center, hitting a location where a large number of civilians were present.

According to the latest information, 35 people have been confirmed dead, and 117 have been injured. Among the victims were an 11-year-old boy and a 17-year-old teenager.

The Russian forces used a missile with a cluster warhead in the attack, aiming to cause as many casualties as possible.

After the strike, Russian authorities fabricated claims that they had supposedly attacked a location where Ukrainian military officials were meeting with "Western colleagues."
