Russia strikes shopping center and residential building with drones in Kharkiv
Russians attacked the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv with a drone. The drone struck near one of the shopping centers, according to the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov.
“The cars parked next to it and the building's glazing were damaged. All relevant services have arrived at the scene,” Terekhov writes.
As of now, over 20 parked cars and the trolleybus's contact network have been damaged near the Russian strike site. There is currently no information about the killed or injured.
Second Russian strike
At 12:29 p.m. Kyiv time, Terekhov reported another Russian drone strike in the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv. The drone hit an apartment building.
At the moment there is information about 2 victims.
Russian shelling of Ukraine
Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, Ukrainian cities and villages have been under constant threat of shelling by Russian forces. Russia has been actively using a wide range of weapons, including missiles, guided aerial bombs, and kamikaze drones, to target key infrastructure and residential areas.
Kharkiv is also under regular Russia shelling. Yesterday, on November 12, Russians also attacked the Saltivskyi district of the city with a drone, injuring two women.
In particular, an electric pole and glazing of windows in 2 multi-story buildings were damaged.
