Russian troops shelled Kherson again on March 14. One of the shells hit one of the apartments, which turned into a pile of garbage in a second, according to Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

"Today, once again, Russian "high-precision weapons" hit a residential building in Kherson. They hit an apartment," he says.

The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration says that Russians from the temporarily occupied left bank struck the city center at about 10:30 a.m.

"In a matter of seconds, a human home turned into a pile of construction debris. Fortunately, there were no injuries," says Mrochko.

Russian shelling of residential buildings in Ukraine

Recently, a new terrorist tactic of the Russian occupiers has been observed during shelling on the territory of Ukraine - they are targeting residential buildings.

Thus, on the evening of March 12 and on the night of March 13, Russian troops attacked Ukraine again. Residential buildings in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro region, and Sumy came under attack. In the first case, 5 civilians were killed and more than 40 wounded.

In Sumy, 10 people were rescued from the rubble, 8 people were injured, but there were three fatalities. Mourning was declared in Sumy for the victims of the Russian attack on March 13. The rubble is still being dismantled at the site of the tragedy.

In addition, on March 12, the Russian occupiers dropped a bomb on a high-rise building in Myrnohrad, Donetsk region. Two people were killed and 5 others were injured.
