Russia strikes port infrastructure in Odesa region with drones: Injured reported

On the night of February 13, Russian troops launched a massive drone attack in the Odesa region. A woman was injured by Russian drone debris, according to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.

One person was injured. Shrapnel from the drone hit a car with a woman in it at the time. She received a shrapnel wound to her thigh. The victim was hospitalized in moderate condition.

Kherson also came under Russian fire. On the morning of February 13, Russian troops struck the central part of Kherson, hitting a high-rise building. 2 residents were injured in the attack. A 48-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman were wounded.
