Russians attacked the Kyiv region with drones overnight. The air defense of the region was working, and several Russian targets were shot down, says Ruslan Kravchenko, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

The hits to residential and critical infrastructure were avoided, and there were no civilian casualties.

However, a private house in one of the districts of the region was damaged as a result of falling Russian drone debris: windows were smashed and the area around it was damaged. There was also a small fire on the grass, which was quickly extinguished.

Operational services continue to work on the ground, recording the consequences of the Russian attack. The air raid alert continues in the region and residents are advised to stay in shelters.

Russian drone attack on Ukraine

Russians attack Ukraine with drones almost every night.

On October 27, the Russians again launched a large-scale attack on Ukraine with Shahed kamikaze drones. Air alerts were declared in many regions, and air Ukrainian defense forces were working to repel the Russian attack.

Last night, the Ukrainian military neutralized 80 Russian drones that attacked Ukrainian territory overnight.
