Russia strikes Kyiv with drones: Air defense works
Late in the evening of November 16, Russian kamikaze drones were spotted in the Kyiv region, according to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

“Kyiv region! Russian drone was spotted in the airspace. Air defense forces are working on targets,” the administration says.
In addition, the Kyiv Regional Military Administration urged residents not to leave their shelters until the air raid alert was over. They also reminded them of the importance of maintaining information silence.
“Stay in the shelters until the air raid is over. Take care of your safety. Observe information silence - do not record or post the work of our defenders online,” Kyiv Regional Military Administration says.

At 1:25 a.m., the Kyiv Regional Military Administration announced that the threat of enemy air attacks on the region had been canceled.
