Russia strikes Kyiv with cluster munitions missile

Russia attacked Kyiv with a rocket with cluster munitions. Debris and bullets intended to hit people were found in the capital, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
Klitschko says that after the Russian morning attack on Kyiv, emergency services found remnants of cluster munitions.
According to him, Russian troops are using these shells to maximize civilian casualties.
"Emergency services are now finding such parts of cluster munitions in Nyvky in the capital. The National Police collected the bullets - these are elements of the rocket's cluster filling, which are intended for mass destruction of people," Klitschko says in a video message.
He emphasizes that such a strike on a peaceful city can be called nothing less than genocide.
"Russians use such shells to attack a peaceful city to kill as many people as possible," he says.
