According to him, Russia used 175 drones, more than 14 cruise missiles, and at least 2 ballistic missiles in Kyiv and the surrounding area last night.
"The nature of the damage is a direct hit on residential buildings. Missiles were fired from the upper floors to the basement," he wrote.
