Russia strikes Kyiv region with drones: High-rise building damaged

The building is not yet inhabited as it is under construction, so there were no people inside.
The debris partially damaged several rooms on the 11th and 23rd floors.
According to preliminary information, there were no injuries. However, the security guard of the residential complex, a man suffered an acute stress reaction. Doctors provided him with the necessary assistance.
