Russia strikes Kherson: Parts of city without power, trolleybus service suspended

As a result of the massive Russian strike on Kherson, part of the city was left without electricity, says Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson City Military Administration.
According to Mrochko, due to the partial absence of electricity in the city, trolleybus traffic has been temporarily suspended.
“Experts are currently determining the location and extent of the damage. Follow our updates,” he added.
Earlier, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration reported that Russians had attacked the central part of Kherson. A 56-year-old man was wounded in the attack. He was hospitalized.
Russian strikes on Ukraine
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has been regularly attacking Ukraine's infrastructure, including civilian infrastructure. The frontline settlements and regions are particularly suffering from Russian strikes. In particular, Russians launch drones every night, which creates an additional threat to civilians. On the night of March 27, Russia launched 86 drones at Ukraine. Ukrainian air defense managed to shoot down 42 of them. Russia struck Kharkiv, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, and Chernihiv regions.
