Russia strikes Kharkiv with drones: Fires extinguishing and rubble clearing underway

This morning, work is underway in Kharkiv to extinguish large-scale fires after a nighttime Russian drone attack. The city recorded the destruction of buildings as a result of Russian strikes, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Emergency officials noted that this Russian drone strike on the city was massive.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine also posted online footage of the consequences of drone strikes on Kharkiv.
The SESU informed that civilian objects were targeted, resulting in large-scale fires and destruction of buildings.
According to preliminary data, there were no casualties in Kharkiv.
In addition, the SESU added, rescuers and utilities continue to work at the scene under the threat of repeated Russian attacks.
Russian drone strike on Kharkiv
On the night of April 23, at least 6 explosions occurred in Kharkiv as a result of another Russian kamikaze drone attack.
Such explosions were heard in the city one after another for one hour.
Later, the mayor of Kharkiv said that there was a fire in the city at the site of the hit.
In Kharkiv, 6 Russian strikes were recorded in the Novobavarskyi district of the city. The mayor clarified that the fire caused by the Russian attack was large-scale.
