This applies to several districts in the region - Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv districts, Vovchansk and Kupiansk directions. In particular, Russia is deliberately striking twice at Kharkiv. The second wave is aimed at law enforcement officers and rescuers who come to eliminate the first wave of shelling.
