Russia strikes high-rise building in Chernihiv: Details

On the night of March 15, Russian forces attacked Chernihiv. As a result of the attack, a building was hit, and a car was on fire, states the head of Chernihiv's Military Administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi.
"A hit was recorded on a multi-story building. One car is on fire. Information on casualties is being clarified. Stay in shelters," the message stated at 03:38 Kyiv time.
Meanwhile, Suspilne Novyny clarifies that the strike was carried out by a drone.
The head of the Military Administration reported that a nine-story building was damaged as a result of the attack. Meanwhile, the fire at the parking lot has been localized.
"Currently, there are no casualties among the people. All emergency services are working at the scene. A headquarters is being set up to address the aftermath," he added.
