According to preliminary data, 2 people were injured - employees of a civilian enterprise.
“Civilian infrastructure was damaged. The details of the damage are being clarified,” notes the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

A little later, Syniehubov warned that the number of wounded had increased.
“The number of victims has increased to 4 people,” he said.
Russian shelling of Kharkiv and region
Russian troops began actively shelling Kharkiv and the region after Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. Part of the region was liberated by the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the fall of the same year, but this did not prevent the Russian invaders from continuing to attack the region's settlements.
Literally on the night of December 13, the Russian military struck a residential building in Kharkiv with a drone. This strike was carried out during a drone attack on Ukraine, which Russia launched after several days of pause.
