Russia strikes residential building in Kharkiv region: 3 people killed
On the evening of November 3, at around 8:50 p.m. Kyiv time, Russian troops conducted an air strike on the village of Kivsharivka in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region. Russia struck a five-story residential building, according to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
According to preliminary data, the bodies of 3 people may be under the rubble: 2 women and 1 man. One person, a 71-year-old woman, was injured.
The Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region has launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Work is underway to clear the rubble at the scene, given the security situation in the village.
Night attack on Ukraine on November 4
On the night of November 4, explosions were heard in the Kyiv region as Ukrainian air defense defenses repelled Russian drone attacks.
The capital was also on air alert. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that the wreckage of the downed drones fell in Obolonskyi and Desnianskyi districts, mostly in open areas.
Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 80 drones and a missile. As of 8:30 a.m. Kyiv time, 50 Russian drones were confirmed downed.
