On the night of May 13, Russian terrorists once again launched a nighttime attack against Ukraine, but the number of drones launched was much smaller than usual, according to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

At night, the enemy launched 10 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shahed type and decoy drones from the direction of Russia’s Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

"All 10 Russian drones were successfully shot down by air defense," the Air Forces write.

It is worth explaining that usually, the number of drones during night shellings reaches a hundred or even exceeds this mark.

Shellings of Ukraine from the Russian side

Russia regularly shells the territory of Ukraine, using a wide arsenal of weaponry – from missiles of various types and aerial bombs to artillery and attack drones. The enemy often targets civilian infrastructure: residential buildings, hospitals, energy facilities, and transportation.

The terrorists resort to launching drones almost every night, which creates an additional threat to civilians. For example, on the night of May 12, the enemy attacked the territory of Ukraine with 108 Shahed-type attack drones. At that time, four regions came under fire.
