Russia's nighttime attack on Kyiv: Drone debris damage building
Russia attempted to attack Kyiv with drones again overnight on November 16. Debris from the enemy UAVs damaged a residential building in the Obolonskyi district, according to the Kyiv City Military Administration.
"As a result of the airstrike by Russian drones, damage to residential infrastructure has been recorded in the Obolonskyi district of the capital," the officials stated at 4:14 AM (Kyiv time).

Serhii Popko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, clarified in the same message that drone debris caused damage to balconies and windows in a multi-story residential building.
There were no reports of a possible fire. No information about casualties has been reported either.
"The operational report is being updated and clarified," he added.
The air raid alert in Kyiv was declared at 1:19 AM, prompted by hostile drones heading toward the capital. Russian UAVs were also detected in other regions of Ukraine.
Explosions were heard in the city around 1:40 AM. Air defense forces were active on the outskirts of Kyiv and within the capital itself. Additionally, enemy drones were intercepted in the Kyiv region.
