Russia's losses in Ukraine as of September 18: +930 troops and 33 artillery systems

Over the past day, Ukrainian soldiers eliminated 930 Russian soldiers and a significant amount of enemy equipment, including tanks, MLRS, and artillery, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues to publish updated data on enemy losses, emphasizing the high effectiveness of Ukrainian military operations in all directions.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to September 18, 2025, are estimated to be:
- Personnel - approximately 1,098,380 (+930) Russian troops were eliminated;
- Tanks - 11,191 (+2);
- Troop-carrying AFVs - 23,277;
- Artillery systems - 32,879 (+33);
- MLRS - 1,491 (+1);
- Anti-aircraft systems - 1,217;
- Aircraft - 422;
- Helicopters - 341;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 60,469 (+390);
- Cruise missiles - 3,718;
- Warships/boats - 28;
- Submarines - 1;
- Vehicles and fuel tanks - 62,000 (+122);
- Special equipment - 3,965.
Earlier, Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated that Ukrainian forces continue to successfully repel attempts by the Russian army to strengthen its positions in Donbas, eliminating enemy units transferred to the front.
Previously, Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence intercepted a conversation of Russians in which a relative of a soldier spoke about a destroyed unit in the war against Ukraine. According to her, out of 25 Russian soldiers, only two survived.
