Ukraine continues to record an increase in confirmed Russian military losses as of November 28, showing a steady decline in the enemy's combat capability along the main front-line sectors, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.

The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to November 28, 2025, are estimated to be:

  • Personnel - about 1,170,790 (+1,110)
  • Tanks - 11,380 (+7)
  • Troop-carrying AFVs - 23,643 (+15)
  • Artillery systems - 34,730 (+21)
  • MLRS - 1,550
  • Anti-aircraft systems - 1,253
  • Aircraft - 430
  • Helicopters - 347
  • UAV operational-tactical level - 85,237 (+63)
  • Cruise missiles - 3,995
  • Warships/boats - 28
  • Submarines - 1
  • Vehicles and fuel tanks - 68,399 (+48)
  • Special equipment - 4,008

We remind that in the Zaporizhzhia sector, Ukrainian operatives have noted a sharp deterioration in discipline within Russia’s 108th Air Assault Regiment, where the regular consumption of alcohol among service members has led to fatal incidents and disrupted missions.

It is also noted that the US has prepared a security guarantee proposal for Ukraine under Trump's "peace plan," which is based on the principles of NATO’s Article 5 and provides for a coordinated response by Western countries in the event of renewed aggression by Russia.
