Russia's losses in Ukraine as of November 20: +890 soldiers and 19 artillery systems

As of November 20, 2025, Ukraine continues to report significant losses of Russian forces during the full-scale invasion, including personnel, armored vehicles, and aircraft, according to a post by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to November 20, 2025, are estimated to be:
- Personnel - approximately 1,162,120 (+890)
- Tanks - 11,357 (+1)
- Troop-carrying AFVs - 23,597 (+2)
- Artillery systems - 34,530 (+19)
- MLRS - 1,546
- Anti-aircraft systems - 1,247
- Aircraft - 428
- Helicopters - 347
- UAV operational-tactical level - 82,470 (+384)
- Cruise missiles - 3,981 (+41)
- Warships/boats - 28
- Submarines - 1
- Vehicles and fuel tanks - 67,703 (+68)

Ukraine is preparing to expand the long-range capabilities of its armed forces, and Germany has confirmed that it is coordinating new deliveries, including extended-range missiles, while also discussing the strategy for continued support in the coming months.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian law enforcement has taken a new step in the investigation of the events in Bucha, officially naming a Russian commander for the first time as a suspect whose units operated in the city during the occupation.
