Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russian military losses have continued to grow. As of November 13, 2025, preliminary estimates indicate significant losses in personnel and equipment, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.

The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to November 13, 2025, are estimated to be:

  • Artillery systems - 34,388 (+9)
  • MLRS - 1,540
  • Anti-aircraft systems - 1,242 (+2)

  • UAV operational-tactical level - 79,945 (+141)
  • Cruise missiles - 3,926
  • Warships/boats - 28
  • Submarines - 1
  • Vehicles and fuel tanks - 67,211 (+88)

The G7 countries, together with the EU, stated that the current front line could serve as a starting point for future negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. At the same time, the allies emphasized their unwavering support for Ukraine, its sovereignty, and its right to defend its territorial integrity.

The White House acknowledged that US efforts to achieve a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine have been unsuccessful: plans to reach a compromise were disrupted due to Kremlin demands and Kyiv’s unwillingness to make territorial concessions, which caused frustration for President Donald Trump.
