Russia's losses in Ukraine as of November 2: +1,270 troops and 28 drones
In the past day, Ukraine's Defense Forces have eliminated another 1,270 Russian occupiers on the front line. According to updated figures, the Russian army has lost a total of 18,117 operational-tactical UAVs since the beginning of the large-scale military aggression, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
The military command noted that "due to the constant flow of updated intelligence data, there was a need to adjust certain figures regarding the enemy’s overall losses — particularly UAVs."
According to the General Staff, the total number of downed enemy drones in the report is now provided as an adjusted figure.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to November 2, 2024, are estimated to be:
- personnel - about 697,680 (+1,270) Russian troops were eliminated;
- tanks - 9,170 (+8);
- armored personnel vehicle - 18,487 (+17);
- artillery systems - 20,076 (+37);
- MLRS - 1244 (+1);
- anti-aircraft warfare systems - 994;
- aircraft - 369;
- helicopters - 329;
- UAVs operational-tactical level - 18,117 (+28);
- cruise missiles - 2,628;
- warships/boats - 28;
- submarines - 1;
- vehicles and fuel tanks - 28,114 (+76);
- special equipment - 3,583 (+4).
