Russia's losses in Ukraine as of March 31: +over 1,230 troops and 71 UAVs

Over the past day, from March 30 to 31, the Russian army lost more than 1,200 soldiers and 30 artillery systems on the front, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to March 31, 2025, are estimated to be:
- personnel - about 915,230 (+1,230) Russian troops were eliminated;
- tanks - 110,496 (+4);
- troop-carrying AFVs - 21,819 (+3);
- artillery systems - 25,537 (+30);
- MLRS - 1,347;
- anti-aircraft systems - 1,123 (+1);
- aircraft - 370;
- helicopters - 335;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 31,416 (+71);
- cruise missiles - 3,121;
- warships/boats - 28;
- submarines - 1;
- vehicles and fuel tanks - 42,593 (+65);
- special equipment - 3,787.
Situation on front
Over the past day, from March 29 to 30, Russian forces lost 1,510 soldiers in the war against Ukraine. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 56 enemy artillery systems, 111 drones, and 130 military vehicles.
As of 10:00 p.m. Kyiv time on March 30, a total of 147 combat clashes took place on the front since the beginning of the day. Ukrainian soldiers continue to inflict effective fire damage on the enemy.
As previously reported, Ukrainian fighters repelled a Russian assault on the eastern front, preventing the enemy from advancing. During the attempted assault, Ukrainian troops destroyed Russian equipment.
