Russia's losses in Ukraine as of March 28: +1,860 troops, 144 drones, 122 artillery systems

Over the last day, March 27, Russia lost 1,860 troops in the war against Ukraine. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also destroyed 122 artillery systems, 144 drones, and 210 vehicles, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to March 28, 2025, are estimated to be:

- warships/boats - 28;
- submarines - 1;
- motor vehicles and fuel tanks - 42,280 (+210);
- special equipment - 3,787.
As of the evening of February 27, 195 combat engagements took place at the front. Russia attempted 57 assault and offensive actions in the Pokrovsk sector.
Russia's activity in this area was observed in the vicinity of Panteleymonivka, Oleksandropil, Vodiane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Sukhyi Yar, Kotlyne, Udachne, Uspenivka, Preobrazhenka, Andriivka, and in the directions of Malynivka and Novooleksandrivka.
