Russia's losses in Ukraine as of March 25: +1,180 troops, 118 drones, 61 artillery systems

Over the past 24 hours, from March 24 to March 25, the Russian military lost 1,180 invaders, 3 multiple-launch rocket systems, and 98 vehicles in the war with Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to March 25, 2025, are estimated to be:
- personnel - about 905,940 (+1,180) Russian troops were eliminated;
- tanks - 10,425 (+5);
- troop-carrying AFVs - 21,670 (+18);
- artillery systems - 25,190 (+61);
- MLRS - 1,341 (+3);
- anti-aircraft systems - 1,117;
- aircraft - 370;
- helicopters - 335;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 30,759 (+118);
- cruise UAV operational-tactical level - 3,121;
- warships/boats - 28;
- submarines - 1;
- vehicles and fuel tanks - 41,824 (+98);
- special equipment - 3,785.
Situation at front and Russian strikes
According to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the Ukrainian Defense Forces had tactical success in the Belgorod region, as well as near Toretsk and Pokrovsk.
At night, Russians attacked the town of Izium in the Kharkiv region with drones. A fire broke out at a civilian non-residential infrastructure facility.
Ukrainian Air Force reported that the Russians had modernized their drones to prevent them from being intercepted by Ukrainian electronic warfare systems.
