Russia's losses in Ukraine as of June 6: +1,160 troops, 44 artillery systems

Russian losses in the war against Ukraine have already exceeded 993,000 troops. Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces eliminated another 1,160 Russian soldiers, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to June 6, 2025, are estimated to be:
- personnel - about 993,910 (+1,160) Russian troops were eliminated;
- tanks - 10,889 (+2);
- troop-carrying AFVs - 22,685 (+5);
- artillery systems - 28,794 (+44);
- MLRS - 1,406;
- anti-aircraft systems - 1,180 (+3);
- aircraft - 413;
- helicopters - 336;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 39,193 (+174);
- cruise missiles - 3,271;
- warships/boats - 28;
- submarines - 1;
- vehicles and fuel tanks - 50,913 (+101);
- special equipment - 3,907.
Russian losses at front
According to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, the Russian army has already lost 200,000 soldiers on the front lines since the beginning of this year. However, as is known, Russia conceals the losses of its troops in the war.
In addition, the Russians continue covert mobilization in Russia and the occupied territories of Ukraine. Moscow is also recruiting foreigners to fight against Ukraine.
Earlier, Russian opposition media calculated that each kilometer captured by Russia in 2024 cost it the lives of 27 soldiers.
