Russian casualties continued to mount over the past day, Ukraine's military said, reporting hundreds of troops killed or injured alongside fresh equipment losses.
The total Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022, to July 7, 2026, are estimated to be:

- Armored fighting vehicles ‒ 24,899 (+5)
- Special equipment ‒ 4,394 (+5)
