In the war against Ukraine, Russia lost 1,200 soldiers on July 14, bringing the total since the start of the full-scale invasion to 560,290 personnel. Additionally, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 62 enemy artillery systems and 41 drones, citing the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The overall Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022, to July 15, 2024, are estimated as follows:

  • Personnel: about 560,290 (+1,200) eliminated

  • APV (Armored personnel vehicles): 15,826 (+15)
  • Artillery systems: 15,262 (+46)
  • MLRS (Multiple launch rocket systems): 1,119

According to the General Staff's summary, there were 89 combat clashes on the front line on July 14, with the highest number of attacks occurring in the Pokrovsk direction.

The Institute for the Study of War reports that the Russian military command has redeployed forces for offensive operations in the Hlyboke area of the Kharkiv region. In the Vovchansk area, the occupiers are preparing airborne assault groups for further offensive actions.
