Russia's losses in Ukraine as of January 25: +1,020 soldiers and 32 artillery systems

Over the past 24 hours, from January 24 to 25, the Russian forces lost another 1,200 soldiers on the front. The Ukrainian Defense Forces also destroyed 32 artillery systems, 847 drones, 115 vehicles, and more, according to the Telegram channel of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Thus, from February 24, 2022, to January 25, 2026, the estimated combat losses of the enemy amounted to:

Frontline situation
As of the evening of January 25, 119 combat clashes occurred on the front. The largest number of battles was again recorded in the Pokrovsk direction.
“In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the enemy attacked 42 times in the areas of the settlements of Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad, Rodynske, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Filya, and towards the settlements of Bilytske, Dorozhne, Shevchenko, Hryshyno, Ivanivka,” the General Staff report said.
Recently, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that, in December 2025, Russia lost 1,000 soldiers per day on the front line. Moreover, these were fatalities, not injuries.
