Russia's losses in the war against Ukraine as of Sunday morning, January 7, amounted to 860 occupants, bringing the total number of Russian army losses since the beginning of the invasion to 364,730, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

Total enemy combat losses from 02/24/22 to 01/07/24 are estimated to be

  • personnel - about 364,730 (+860) Russians were killed;
  • tanks - 6022 (+4) units;
  • armored combat vehicles - 11,180 (+22) units;
  • artillery systems - 8,653 (+36) units;
  • MLRS - 951 (+1) units;
  • air defense systems - 637 (+4) units;
  • airplanes - 329 units;
  • helicopters - 324 units;
  • UAVs of operational and tactical level - 6,811 (+24) units;
  • cruise missiles - 1,786 units;
  • ships/boats - 23 units;
  • submarines - 1 unit;
  • motor vehicles and tank trucks - 11,523 (+45) units;
  • special equipment - 1,327 (+10) units.

The situation at the frontline

According to the analysts of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the occupiers are withdrawing reserves in the Kreminna region and are preparing for new assaults near Nevsky and Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region.

Meanwhile, our military continues measures to expand the bridgehead in the Kherson direction and deter the enemy in the Donetsk region. During the past 24 hours, 45 combat clashes took place.
