Frontline situation

Overnight on February 25, Ukraine's Special Operations Forces struck Russian air defense positions in occupied Crimea, targeting advanced systems. According to the military, a launcher and radar components of the S-400 Triumf system were destroyed, along with a Pantsir-S1 unit that had been protecting key sites. Kyiv claims that such operations are designed to weaken Russia's offensive capabilities through asymmetric strikes.

Ukraine's military intelligence reports that its special forces have carried out offensive actions in the Zaporizhzhia direction, with fighting ongoing near Stepnohirsk. According to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Ukrainian units regained key positions, improved their tactical footing, and disrupted Russian assault groups. The operation also targeted enemy manpower, equipment, and logistics routes, complicating Russian operations in the area.
