Russia's losses in Ukraine as of February 29: 1150 invaders and 41 artillery systems

The Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated nearly 1,200 Russian invaders yesterday. The total losses of the enemy army in personnel since the beginning of the large-scale invasion have already amounted to about 413,760 soldiers. In addition, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 44 armored personnel carriers, according to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from 24.02.22 to 28.02.24 are estimated to be
- personnel - about 413,760 (+1150) Russian invaders were killed;
- tanks - 6593 (+23) units;
- armored personnel carriers - 12,552 (+44) units;
- artillery systems - 10,070 (+41) units;
- MLRS - 1000 units;
- air defense systems - 690 (+2) units;
- airplanes - 342 units;
- helicopters - 325 units;
- UAVs of operational and tactical level - 7768 (+15) units;
- cruise missiles - 1912 units;
- ships/boats - 25 units;
- submarines - 1 unit;
- motor vehicles and tankers - 13,152 (+40) units;
- special equipment - 1601 (+7) units.
Frontline situation on February 29
As reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in its morning report, 99 combat clashes were conducted on the frontline in Ukraine during the day.
Russian occupants continue to exert pressure in the Avdiivka direction and have significantly intensified their activities in the Novopavlivka direction. In the Kherson direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold their positions and repel the attacks of the Russian occupation forces.
