Situation on the frontline

Russian forces continue their attacks on the frontline in Ukraine. The most challenging situation is unfolding in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove areas.

Specifically, in Donetsk near Pokrovsk, the operation of the Pokrovsk Coal Mine has been halted. This is Ukraine's largest coke coal production mine.

As previously mentioned by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions remain the most "hot" areas. In November and December, Russian losses on the frontline reached record levels.
