From August 10 to 11, Russian forces lost 1,000 personnel and 181 pieces of military equipment on the front, according to the data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to August 11, 2025, are estimated to be:

  • personnel - about 1,064,240 (+950) Russian troops were eliminated;
  • tanks - 11,093 (+4);
  • troop-carrying AFVs - 23,114 (+7);
  • artillery systems - 31,380 (+37);
  • MLRS - 1,462 (+2);
  • anti-aircraft systems - 1,204;
  • aircraft - 421;
  • helicopters - 340;
  • UAV operational-tactical level - 50,455 (+191);
  • cruise missiles - 3,556;
  • warships/boats - 28;
  • submarines - 1;
  • vehicles and fuel tanks - 58,113 (+131);
  • special equipment - 3,936

Russian air strikes

On the night of August 11, Russian forces again attacked Ukraine with Shahed kamikaze drones. Air raid alerts were declared in eastern and northern regions, and air defense was active.

On Sunday, August 10, Russian forces struck Zaporizhzhia with guided aerial bombs, destroying the central bus station and damaging the medical university clinic building.

During the night leading into Sunday, Russian forces hit the railway station and Synelnykove station in the Dnipropetrovsk region with attack drones.
