According to him, it is supposed to be a meeting at the level of heads of specialized departments to discuss eliminating “irritants” in relations between the countries.
Negotiations between the US and Russia
On February 18, delegations from the United States and Russia met in Saudi Arabia. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio assured that he was convinced of Russia's willingness to begin a serious process to determine how to end the war.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine did not recognize the results of the talks in Riyadh. He also postponed his visit to Saudi Arabia because of a meeting between Russian and American delegations.
