On the evening of March 27, Russians launched a massive drone attack on Poltava. They intentionally targeted civilian infrastructure and oil and gas facilities, according to the Ukrainian General Staff's statement.

"Russians committed another war crime — using Shahed UAVs, they launched a massive attack on Poltava. They deliberately targeted civilian infrastructure, residential areas, and administrative buildings of the oil and gas industry," the message states.

The General Staff added that Russia continues to lie about its desire for peace and deliberately attacks civilian objects, endangering the lives of civilians.

"They commit war crimes daily on Ukrainian territory. There is no statute of limitations. These actions are being recorded, documented, and submitted to the relevant international institutions. Punishment is inevitable," the General Staff concluded.
