Russia reports drone attacks across nearly 20 regions

Russia's air defenses, according to the official version, once again "successfully" dealt with hundreds of drones. At the same time, the overnight attack reportedly spanned nearly 20 regions, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
The Russian military claimed that during the night of July 18, its air defenses intercepted and destroyed 379 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the drones were allegedly shot down over:
- Belgorod region;
- Bryansk region;
- Kursk region;
- Smolensk region;
- Ryazan region;
- Kaluga region;
- Tula region;
- Tambov region;
- Oryol region;
- Lipetsk region;
- Tver region;
- Pskov region;
- Voronezh region;
- Rostov region;
- Volgograd region;
- Leningrad region;
- Vladimir region;
- the Moscow region;
- Krasnodar Krai;
- temporarily occupied Crimea;
- the waters of the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea.
Overnight attack on Russia
Despite the Russian Defense Ministry's claims of "successful" air defense operations, drones struck several targets in the Moscow region overnight on July 18. An oil depot in Noginsk came under attack, while explosions were also reported in Tver and Vladimir.
In addition, a Wildberries warehouse in Elektrostal was hit during the attack. This information was confirmed by Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyov.
Later, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukrainian drones had struck two key logistics facilities in the Moscow and Tambov regions overnight.
According to Zelenskyy, an oil facility was also hit, while Ukrainian medium-range strike drones targeted sites in the waters of the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea, as well as in temporarily occupied Crimea.
