Over the past day, Russians launched massive attacks on Kharkiv and the region. The strikes targeted only civilian areas, according to the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

During the past 24 hours, Kharkiv and three settlements in the Kharkiv region came under enemy fire. As a result of the attacks, 13 people were injured.

In Kharkiv, the injured include men and women aged 23 to 73. In Lozova, a 43-year-old woman was injured.

The enemy attacked the Industrial District of Kharkiv with six guided aerial bombs (KABs) and one drone.

In total, according to Syniehubov, the enemy actively used various types of weapons against the Kharkiv region:

  • 6 KABs;
  • 14 Geran-2 drones;
  • 1 Lancet drone;
  • 2 drones (type being identified).

Civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed. In Kharkiv, five civilian enterprises, five cars, and two trailers were damaged, while in Lozova, railway infrastructure sustained damage.

Russian attacks on Kharkiv

On the night of October 25, Russian troops attacked the suburbs of Kharkiv for nearly an hour.

Local residents reported that the sounds of explosions could be heard even in the city itself, with more than a dozen audible.

On October 24, Russians struck Kharkiv with a Lancet drone in broad daylight, injuring civilians.

On October 22, the enemy attacked a private kindergarten in Kharkiv. Reports said children were among the injured. Four people were wounded in that attack, one of whom was taken to intensive care, unconscious.
