On the night of May 23, Russian troops launched a massive drone attack on the Poltava region. The is destruction, some people were left without electricity, according to the head of the Poltava regional military administration, Volodymyr Kohut.

Kremenchuk community

According to Kohut, a building of one of the enterprises in the Kremenchuk community was destroyed by a direct Russian strike and falling debris. The attack also caused a fire, which was later localized by units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. The blast wave damaged 7 private households.

One person was injured in the Russian attack, but he refused hospitalization.

As of now, 100 legal entities and almost 1,800 household consumers are without electricity.

Poltava district

According to the regional power company, the UAV debris damaged a power line, leaving more than 270 customers without electricity. Experts are currently working to restore the power supply.
