On the morning of November 28, Russia launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine. Explosions were heard in several cities, according to the Telegram of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Sumy Regional Military Administration reported that on November 28, Russian forces launched a missile strike on the infrastructure of the Shostka community.

"All necessary services are working at the scene. The consequences of the enemy attack are being clarified. Follow safety rules and do not ignore air raid alerts," the administration added.

According to Suspilne reporters, explosions were also heard in Rivne and Lutsk.

Explosions were also heard in Kharkiv, as reported by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov at 6:09 AM.

"Preliminarily, the strike was carried out by a missile, and one of the largest districts of Kharkiv was under attack. The enemy continues to bombard Kharkiv with missiles. If possible, stay in safe locations," Terekhov stated.

It is noted that since the evening of November 27, the enemy has attempted to attack Ukraine using strike drones. Closer to morning, Russia deployed seven Tu-95MS strategic bombers into the air. Later, at 5:03 AM, the enemy launched Kalibr cruise missiles from the Black Sea.

In the first hour following the missile launches, explosions were heard in Odesa and Kropyvnytskyi. As of 5:50 AM, enemy targets were constantly changing course, with their movements being tracked in various regions of Ukraine.
