Russia launches 58 drones at Ukraine overnight: Hits reported in 9 locations

Russia launched 58 drones at Ukraine overnight on June 18. Three regions came under attack, according to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This night, Russia launched 58 attack drones and decoy UAVs at Ukraine from three directions–Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and Chauda (Crimea).
The attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare (EW) units and drone systems, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
In total, air defense forces neutralized 30 drones in the east and north of the country. Of these, 12 UAVs were shot down, and another 18 were geographically lost/suppressed by EW.
According to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, hits were recorded in nine locations. The main directions of the strike were Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk regions, and Zaporizhzhia.
Strike on Zaporizhzhia
During the night of June 18, the Russians struck Zaporizhzhia. According to local authorities, the occupiers attacked the city with 13 drones.
Due to the attack, fires broke out in Zaporizhzhia, and houses and cars were damaged. As of the morning, no information about the dead or injured had been received.
In addition, the Russians destroyed a Nova Poshta branch in Zaporizhzhia.
