Russian forces attacked Ukrainian territory overnight using a cruise missile and 12 kamikaze drones. Almost all enemy targets were destroyed by Ukrainian air defense, according to the Ukrainian Air Forces.

"On the night of December 3, 2023, the enemy attacked with 12 kamikaze UAVs of the Shahed type from the area of Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Russia, and a guided aviation missile X-59 from the airspace of the Belgorod region, Russia," the statement from the Ukrainian Air Force said.

It is reported that the attack drones struck in several waves, originating from the territory of the occupied Kherson region.

In the Mykolaiv region, within the responsibility zone of the Southern Air Command, most of the Shahed drones were destroyed by air defense. Others were shot down in the Starokostiantyniv area of the Khmelnytskyi region.

As a result of the air defense forces' actions, 10 Shahed-136/131 attack drones were destroyed. It is also reported that the guided aviation missile X-59 did not reach its target.
