Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with a strike drone this morning. The attack sparked a fire. There are dead and wounded, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“On the night of March 11, the enemy attacked with 99 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, and Italmas types, as well as drones of other types from the directions of Oryol, Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, as well as Hvardiiske in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. About 70 of them were Shaheds,” the Air Force said.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare, and unmanned systems units, as well as mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

According to preliminary data, as of 08:30 am (Kyiv time), air defense shot down or suppressed 90 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, and Italmas types, as well as drones of other types in the north, south, and east of the country.

Hits by nine strike UAVs were recorded at six locations, as well as the fall of downed enemy targets at three locations.

“The attack is ongoing, several enemy UAVs remain in the airspace. Follow safety rules,” the Air Force added.

Russian troops attack Ukraine every day, using missiles and strike drones of various types. This morning, March 11, Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with a strike drone.

Two people are known to have been killed, and at least five others were injured as a result of the drone attack. According to preliminary information, all the injured are in serious condition. A civilian enterprise caught fire due to the enemy strike.
