Russia kills 3 Ukrainian rescuers in Kyiv during night attack

On June 6, 3 Ukrainian rescuers were killed while eliminating the consequences of Russian strikes on Kyiv. 9 more were injured, according to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko, and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
"Unfortunately, we have another loss in the family of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In Kyiv, three rescuers of the State Emergency Service were killed while eliminating the consequences of Russian strikes. They worked under fire to help people. Another 9 rescuers were injured. Some of them are seriously wounded, doctors are fighting for their lives," says Klymenko.
Also in the Ternopil region, 5 more rescuers were injured while extinguishing a fire caused by a Russian strike.
In total, 3 people were killed and about 40 others were wounded in the Russian attacks across Ukraine.

At the same time, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine has released photos and names of three rescuers killed during the aftermath of a Russian strike in Kyiv.
3 firefighters and rescuers were killed as a result of a massive Russian attack:
- Pavlo Yezhor
- Danylo Skadin
- Andriy Remennyi.
"The Russians took the lives of people who were the first to rush to eliminate the consequences of the terrible attack. People who went on regular duty, as always, were in combat readiness. Before going to work, they kissed and hugged their wives and children... And never returned..." the SESU wrote.

Russian combined attack on Ukraine
On the night of June 6, the Russian troops attacked Ukraine with Shaheds, ballistic missiles, and cruise missiles. Kyiv, Ternopil, Chernihiv, Lutsk, and Lviv region were under Russian attack.
In Kyiv, 3 rescuers were killed while responding to the aftermath of the Russian attack. There are also reports of injuries in Lutsk.
