Russia dropped bomb on Kupiansk high-rise, casualty reported
The Russian army dropped an aerial bomb on a high-rise building in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region. A woman was killed in the attack, reports the State Emergency Service on Facebook.
During the night of April 7, Russian aviation dropped a guided bomb on a residential area. As a result of the strike, a four-story residential building was destroyed.
According to rescuers, a woman was killed under the rubble in an apartment on the fourth floor of the multi-story building.
At the scene of the tragedy, two units of the State Emergency Service and 10 rescuers were working, along with a crane from the local utility company. Emergency rescue operations were completed around 3:30 a.m.
Night attack
Tonight, Russia launched a guided missile Kh-31 from the occupied Luhansk region, a ballistic missile Iskander-M from Crimea, and 17 Shahed drones across Ukraine. However, all 17 drones were intercepted and destroyed by air defense forces.
Nevertheless, there were impacts in Odesa, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia. As a result of the attack, there are casualties and extensive damage.
