Russian forces carried out a massive airstrike on Ukraine last night, using three S-300 surface-to-air missiles and attack drones, according to the Air Forces of Ukraine.

The enemy launched three S-300 missiles from Russia’s Kursk region and 164 attack drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, and other types. The drones were launched from directions including Millerovo, Kursk, Orel, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. Preliminary estimates indicate that around 100 of them were Shahed drones.

The air defense response involved aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups, and drone systems of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

The air assault continued into the morning, with some enemy drones still in Ukrainian airspace.
