Russia attacks port infrastructure in Odesa: Killed and injuried reported
On the night of July 10, Russian troops attacked the port infrastructure of the Odesa region. There are killed and a sailor wounded, according to the head of the Odesa region governor, Oleh Kiper.
"At night, Russia attacked the Odesa region with missiles. Russia targeted the port infrastructure of the Odesa district. Unfortunately, two people, a security guard and a truck driver, were killed," he says.
According to the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, the attack killed a 50-year-old truck driver and a 37-year-old port worker.
In addition, according to the Odesa Regional Military Administration, another man, a sailor on duty, was wounded. The victim is currently receiving all the necessary assistance in the hospital.
Consequences
Russia attacked warehouses, trucks, and a civilian ship. Due to the damage to the vessel, there was a liquid leak. The consequences are being eliminated.
Russians shelling of Odesa region
After midnight, an alert was announced in Ukraine. The Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of attacks by Russian kamikaze drones. Later, explosions were reported in Odesa.
In the morning, the Ukrainian Air Force said that the Russian occupiers had attacked Ukraine with drones and missiles, including an Iskander-M missile. Ukrainian air defense managed to shoot down 14 of the 20 drones.
In particular, the Russian invaders shelled the port infrastructure of the Odesa region. According to the Ukrainian Air Force, three Kh-59/Kh-69 missiles and three attack UAVs did not reach their targets.
