Residents of the Romanian town of Isaccea, who were near the shore, witnessed the Russian attack on the Odesa region and heard explosions. They posted footage after the drone's strike.

The Russians targeted the border and port infrastructure in the Izmail district. As a result of the attack, a grain storage facility was damaged, and 9 trucks caught fire. The fire has been extinguished, and there were no casualties.

Because of the attacks in the Izmail district, the ferry service has been temporarily suspended.
